The soles are the grippiest ever. I wear them for fencing, and they are amazing even on slippery gym floors. The flap instead of a separate tongue makes them comfortable. They look, feel, and function well! If you're on the fence about size, go up.Yonex shoes are either a hit or miss for me. But this style fits perfectly. Not too tight across the ball of the foot and not too loose in the heel cup. Very breathable. Also very supportive in the arch area. I have not needed to use an orthotic insert as I do for other styles.Arrived very quickly, The shoes fit well and are very comfortable.Loved the design. My shoe size is an 8, but when I got this one (size 8), it was way too tight. I had to return it.Very comfortable and nice shoes. Totally satisfied.
