This jacket is so great and we got a really good price. Looks super cool on my 8 year old daughter. My 8 year old is pretty typical size, maybe a little on the short side and fit but not super skinny. I was confused about which size to order. I ordered her the small and it fit her very tall 9yr old friend perfectly. She loved it so much she wears it anyway and we just rolled the sleeves. I bought it for xcountry and downhill skiing but now she's wearing everyday to school. We live in alaska so the jacket is plenty warm. I like that it is not bulky but keeps her warm. The color and style is cool and looks good when she mix and matches it with different snow pants.If I had a better idea of sizing I probably would have gone with the XS but I'm glad she'll be able to wear it next year too.
